這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇一誇！首先特別感謝管家小梅，住店期間的各種需求，他都事無鉅細地幫忙打理，大到行程建議，小到提醒温度，貼心程度就像身邊的朋友，讓人感覺特別温暖。
酒店的員工也都特別熱情，無論是前台辦理入住，還是餐廳的服務人員，每次碰面都會主動打招呼，臉上帶着真誠的笑容。
最驚喜的是親子活動，每天都有不同主題，熒光派對、棉花糖、草帽製作……孩子每天都玩得不亦樂乎，完全不用愁怎麼打發時間。
而且酒店的環境特別優美，庭院裏綠樹成蔭，還有小池塘和休憩的涼亭，清晨或者傍晚在裏面散步，感覺特別愜意，隨手一拍都是美景。總之，這是一次非常棒的親子度假體驗，已經把這裏列入了下次出行的首選名單！

和朋友一起帶娃娃來這邊度假，剛從峨眉山下來就入住烏蘭酒店，梅建強經理服務極為周到，在我們到達前一天就提前幫我們安排房間，以及告知我們酒店各方面的服務設施，接送我們去火車站，每天早上還會提醒我們氣温以及親子活動的行程，整體入住體驗極好，對我們這種帶娃的度假整體安排極為合理，下次還會來感受烏蘭酒店，感謝各位親子樂園的員工，擺渡車以及餐飲，客房服務的員工。你們的笑容真的太美了～
餐飲：早餐很豐富，總類很多，老少皆宜。
環境：非常舒服，房間寬敞，特別適合躺平。
Spa館：環境優美，很適合爬了峨眉山來做一次。

1、親子活動豐富，每天的活動都不重樣，小朋友特別喜歡；
2、入住後就有管家加微信，事無鉅細都可以找管家，響應及時。我們的管家月月服務很好，幫我解決了不少問題；
缺點：
1、早餐不夠豐富；
2、游泳池略小。
