硬件挺好的酒店，但是設施、設備維護的十分糟糕。用的石材不少，潔具也都是名牌，床品的質感也不錯，但就是維護的、管理的一塌糊塗，簡直就是糟蹋東西。舉幾個很簡單的例子，我入住的不止一間客房，花灑被水垢堵的死死的，出水細如頭髮絲，水壓異常，根本無法洗澡，同時出水温度冷熱不均，無法恆温，淋浴體驗負分；衞生間坐便器上，就是座圈下的陶瓷圈上，上一位住客噴濺的尿液痕跡清晰，明顯是客房衞生做的不到位；台盆下水緩慢，上一位住客掉落在台盆下水的牙膏蓋子同樣清晰可見。。。等等吧，問題還有很多。希望酒店的管理團隊再加把勁兒，別辜負標準這麼高的硬件。
