Garner Hotel Liberty Lake by IHG

The breakfast was better than most. They had garnishments you could add to your eggs like crumpled bacon and cheese. Likewize with the hot cereal there were toppings like several types of nuts and chocolate chips. Choice of whole milk or reduced fat for dry cereal as well. Fresh fruit was available and the typical juices.

Enjoyed the breakfast, warm pool, and hot tub. Front desk was very friendly!

The reception was extremely friendly and the room was clean! Highly recommended.

Was a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the large hot tub, and the breakfast was good. Definitely will stay again.

Hotel was very accommodating and appeared to have been recently renovated. The room was excellent. We had a suite as I was with family. The room had a king and a separate room with 2 queens. Pool and sauna was very relaxing. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

VERY disappointed. Thought we would be using you again and again in the future but I believe you are scammers. When I arrived I was given first floor. I had rented several rooms through 3rd party. I asked about another room that had requested first floor. Wanting to make sure they got… girl at desk said it was canceled by IHG. She said this is a regular practice. Then she tells me I will have to rebook but when they are contacted by third party I WOULD GET A REFUND NO PROBLEM! Well it has been over a month and still no refund. Lots of back and forth of he said she said. My third party has documentation they have talked to Heather at Garner. Heather says she has not talked to anyone. Now I am hoping this is a misunderstanding and they aren’t scamming people. Maybe this will show a pattern of behavior and someone that cares will get this fixed.

Really nice and really clean they are very helpful they are also really respectful very friendly towards kids and big families.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds- at an affordable price- with the best staff I've ever encountered!! The employees at the Garner go above and beyond to make their guest feel at home, and they truly care about every person that stays there.

Easy to get to, just east of Spokane, WA. Staff were great and very accommodating. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
