It's a beautiful hotel, too bad it's not as lively. We found it quite quiet. The room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant was good, with dishes around 125,000. The Wi-Fi was good. It's located on the beach, and the sea is beautiful. It's 1.8 km from the town center, where you can find restaurants. So it's quite a walk, so you'll need a taxi or scooter.
It was a real shame that when you were on the beach, children would come by every few minutes to sell bracelets. Once isn't a big deal, but almost every 15 minutes gets annoying. It's a shame the hotel didn't do anything about this.

Arrived in the room and checked to see if the refrigerator was operating OK, it was not working , I informed the reception immediately and they sent their fixit man to the room who felt inside the fridge and told me it should get cold in 10 minutes , told him it was inoperable and to get a replacement ,off he went. 15 minutes later I contacted reception and a friendly man informed me that the existing fridge was OK because it was a cooler , not a freezer! They didn't know that I was a refrigeration engineer so down reception i go and informed them as to my former work status and a threat to contact the manager did they suddenly realise they couldn't ******** me, 5 minutes later i had a working fridge! Not happy with the laziness of the reception people

Such a mesmerising stay. Shout out to Ms Erna from the front office who went beyond and above to decorate our room and arrange a cake for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the staycation here. All staff from the breakfast place, bar, reception, spa, everyone giving us warm welcome. We will definitely never forget this Indonesian warm welcome. it’s such a heartfelt that we have to leave this place. Wish to come back again.
