先説優點酒店位置不錯，房間的整塊窗很出彩，窗外景色很好，步行10分鐘可以走到正街和美廬，有接駁車，服務人員幫拿行李。
再説缺點走廊隔音差，每天早上會被出行的旅客、打掃房間的服務人員吵到。
每日的衞生打掃不徹底，窗簾不會整理歸位，多餘的枕頭攤在床上再把被子蓋住。

前台小姐姐服務態度很好，出遊前問旅遊路線都很耐心解答。定了含早餐的套餐，但回程那天早上太早了趕不及吃早餐，前台小姐姐很貼心的為我們提前打包好路上吃。

工作人員都挺熱情。酒店步行幾公里就能到牯嶺街，鬧鐘取靜，挺安靜的。不足可能就是洗衣機太少，沒有免費接送去看日出的服務。

酒店很好，比我想象的好，司機索道接，索道送，人很好，前台服務熱情，有問題都第一時間解決，打掃得很乾凈，有洗衣液，水是山泉水，離美廬別墅走路幾分鐘，離去往各個地方的運管所走路7分鐘，去牯嶺鎮走路10分鐘，地理位置優越。電視機還能免費打遊戲，空調也出風大，值得五星。説説缺點：隔音不怎麼樣，聽不到街道車的聲音，但是走廊如果有早起和晚歸的遊客説話，聽的挺清楚，好在一層樓也沒幾户，問題不大，大部分酒店隔音都一般。

服務非常好，離索道下站售票廳大概車程10多分鐘，離牯嶺街也很近，步行大概5分鐘。臨走的時候，衣服丟在酒店，也立馬派輛車把衣服送到索道下站。
