Because the hotel service was so thoughtful, we originally moved to a city hotel the night before leaving Maldives. In the end, because the hotel accommodated our family's arrangements, we suddenly booked a cheaper room for one more night. The hotel's smooth and flawless arrangement of room transfer really made the guests very satisfied.

The food was delicious but the charge was a bit high. At first they said they didn't accept money from their home country, only US dollars, which was a bit disappointing. Booked a 6-night water house. Arrived at the hotel at about 7pm. The receptionist was a female staff member with an average attitude. She briefly introduced the dining area and went back to the room. There was no housekeeper, let alone Chinese service. One day, I booked a boat to chase dolphins at 4:30pm. I called the front desk to arrange a car from 3:50pm. I made more than a dozen calls but no one answered. I kept calling until 4:10pm before the car was arranged. It was almost 4:30pm when the car arrived. A female staff member at the front desk was very arrogant, but she was very flattering to white people. The restaurant staff was also average. The breakfast basically didn't change. The best experience was the service of jiaowu Chinese restaurant. Although several service staff were not Chinese, their attitudes were very good and the service was good. I basically ate in this restaurant later. The other facilities of the hotel are very average.
