The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. You can see surfers and swim directly in the sea. The swimming pool in the backyard is also very large, but the facilities are relatively old and the staff speak loudly in the corridor.

The hotel is in a good location, the room is spacious, and fruits are provided. The price of dinner in the restaurant is medium. Unfortunately, it comes with a 10-minute massage per person, but there is only one masseur. This needs to be improved because it rained heavily on the day we arrived and the outdoor swimming pool was unavailable.

The environment is first-class, it is a good place for a vacation, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! We used the taxi app Pick Me to take a taxi in Galle, and then took the bus to Mirissa. In fact, as long as it is not the rush hour, the conditions of their buses are passable. Much cleaner than India, maybe there will be surprises

We had an absolutely fantastic day out at Insight Resort! The hospitality was exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed with the well-maintained pool and the immaculate cleanliness of our room. It was the perfect place to celebrate my friend's birthday. A huge thank you to Mr. Melvin, Kosala, Shehan, Isuru, Kavindu, and Nimsara for making our day so special. We highly recommend Insight Resort!

A lovely little hotel, good for a few nights stay. Highlights *Rooms were clean and large, with a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony * breakfast was very flavoursome, with good variety and quality * Staff were very friendly and efficient * Dinner outside was atmospheric, relaxing and very, very delicious! Cons * Quite a small area- so there's not much else to do apart from the pool (beach was too rough for swimming during our time) * Not the most 'happening' area, so while you get a local experience, there's not much else to do nearby/not many attractive dinner options walking distance from the hotel * No elevators so those with mobility issues may struggle Overall, a lovely short stay.
