We had an amazing stay! A special shout-out to the incredible food: we opted for the half-board meals, and every dish was delicious, expertly prepared, and offered with a fantastic variety. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the flavors and presentation exceeded our expectations.
The service was absolutely brilliant—every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive care during meals, the personnel truly went above and beyond.
The spa treatments were the cherry on top of our stay. The facilities were immaculate, the atmosphere serene, and the therapists highly skilled. It was the perfect way to unwind and feel completely pampered.
We can't wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exceptional getaway!

We had an amazing short visit to Ayurvie Weligama during our stay at the Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa from June 23rd to 25th. Before our visit, we contacted the Resort Manager at Ayurvie Weligama and were warmly welcomed by him and the team for lunch and treatment. The Manager and the Housekeeping Supervisor were kind enough to give us a detailed tour of the property – such a beautiful and serene place! We enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring fish fingers and sweet potato chips, which was absolutely fantastic. Following lunch, we both experienced Ayurvedic treatments. I was treated by a highly experienced senior therapist, while my husband had an excellent male therapist (a gentle giant!). The treatments were incredibly relaxing and unforgettable. It’s hard to put into words how special the experience was. We returned to Sri Lanka after 13 years from Italy, and this visit has been a highlight of our trip. We also had the opportunity to connect with Thema Collection’s marketing division, and as owners of a travel and ticketing agency, we are excited to promote Ayurvie Weligama and the Thema Collection to our clients. In fact, my husband has already decided to send his family to stay and enjoy this wonderful experience. The perfect location for ocean lovers. Only 3km from the Weligama railway station and main surf point. The beach is right opposite of the hotel, just step out from the luxury hotel garden. Very calm place, tasty and healthy food. Friendly staff which support you from the arrival moment till the departure. Yoga master is the best in Sri Lanka. Ayurveda Drs given not only health consultation and treatment recommendations, they also explain properly what is Ayurveda and how its works and helping in our life. You may come here as solo tourist or couple, just for few days for holidays or for 2weeks treatment. But im guarantee that you'll remember this place for all your life and definitely will recommend to your friends. For solo tourist who coming for few days only i recommend for experience some type of therapy in the hotel. Ive got neck& shoulders and foot massage. OMG i felt in that moment that i born again. Please also remember, as Ayurvedic hotel - there no coffee, black/green tea and alcohol accepted. Herbal tea you may always order from the reception or restaurant. Resort bellissimo in una posizione con vista oceano eccezionale. Io avevo una camera singola che non era vista mare ma ugualmente bella. Pulizia eccellente e prodotti per il bagno di alta qualità. Attenzione alla cura dei dettagli e all'ospite massima. Il personale è attento ad ogni esigenza e molto gentile, i terapisti e i dottori sono incantevoli. Il terapista è lo stesso per tutta la durata del soggiorno (grazie a Sujeeva) e i trattamenti sono personalizzati in base alla visita ayurvedica iniziale. Siamo stati in gruppo e a tutti è piaciuto anche il cibo sempre molto vario nonostante l'assenza di carne. Chi sceglie questo resort è per un autentico percorso di purificazione ayurvedico, mi sarebbe piaciuto usufruire del percorso completo (panchakarma) ma siamo rimasti pochi giorni, suggerisco almeno 10 notti. Non vengono serviti alcolici ma solo acqua calda ai pasti e tisane prescritte dopo la visita. Alla fine del soggiorno c'è anche un consulto finale molto apprezzato con tanti consigli utili per mantenere lo stile di vita e l'alimentazione equilibrata. Ho apprezzato che non hanno per niente proposto vendita di prodotti naturali che ci hanno fornito durante il soggiorno, al punto che siamo stati noi a richiederne l'acquisto. In genere evito di tornare negli stessi posti ma mi farebbe piacere ripetere l'esperienza in questo resort. Grazie anche ad Emile per le lezioni di yoga e meditazione, insegnante molto preparato

We had 5 days Ayurveda retreat at Ayurvie Weligama and we definitly love this place, the services, and the kindness of the staff. We enjoyed the treatments and the good food personalized for us. We were a group of 13 people and everything was perfect for us.

This is the best place ever with Ayurvedic treatments. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. This from the guy who opens the gate to the resort manager - ALL staff is so nice. I will really recommend this resort with the best food and treatments

I simply had a magical 14-day Ayurvedic retreat: Full of life-changing treatments, world-class doctors and massages and other heeling treatments, heavenly food, yoga by the sea, and the kindest staff in stunning, peaceful nature. WOW!
