A very nice hotel located just a few meters from the Haram, which is convenient. The amenities are of good quality and the service is really good, with staff who are always smiling and very helpful, whether at the reception, the desk, or the security desk.
We didn't have long waits for the elevators or for breakfast because the service is well organized.
We had a room with a view of the Haram, which was a big plus.

One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.
