Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre

Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Would have also liked a internatiol razor power point like most hotels have around the world. But I understand this is an English Health and Safety ruling. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in amazing position for Liverpool with easy transport via train with the station only being a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is clean with good parking and the staff are amazing. Stacey made the visit with her customer care and friendliness being second to non. Our second night was a Friday and the hotel was busy. Stacey and Tom worked their socks off. There was only the two of them which I think is a poor effort from Premier Inn allowing there to be only two staff for the evening with no cook and the hotel being so busy. Stacey and Tom where not phased and took it all in there stride but where incredibly over works. I would definitely use this hotel again but I think Premier Inn need to have a look their staffing and not allow only two members to be working on a busy Friday. We stayed at the Premier Inn last weekend 13th-16th June. Ive never known such friendly staff. From the warm welcome on arrival from Staci, then there was the Manager Steve, great fella, then there was Julie and Helen in the restaurant. We came as strangers, we left as friends. Great place to say. Highly recommend. Angie and Dave See you next time. 🥰

The room was clean and very comfortable I slept really well. The staff are excellent very cheerful friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. On site parking was another plus - this was really convenient for a night out in Liverpool.

Stacey on reception is a excellent member of staff warm and friendly as was her colleagues aswell sorry didn't get there names nice and clean room 5 minutes walk from a weatherspoons food was OK felt a bit rushed we booked for 6.30 at 7.20 we were told we needed to hurry because a party of 30 were ready to eat so no desert we drank up and went the starter we had we had only just finished and I was told our mains would go cold felt very rushed 148 pounds for 1 nights stay and 54 pound for dinner and breakfast aswell and then 7 pound to park your car unfortunately it was the only hotel close to where we were going out for a night could of stayed in the hilton for that price I'm afraid I definitely will not be back to birkenhead again 😀

Alway see a premier inn as a it will do hotel they are clean and tidy. Normally have a restaurant attached on to it with an all you can eat breakfast. This one was slightly different. Clean and tidy not far from where I needed to be, no great change there. But I was positively welcomed by the lady on reception her name was stacey and she was friendly and bubbly and gave everyone there a lovely "hi babe" all the other staff there were good too, but she stood out called everyone by name and was incredibly friendly and helpful. An absolute stand out.
