First time leaving a review. Two people stayed in a twin room. Because the itinerary would not necessarily be the same time for two people to go out or come back to the hotel at the same time, we asked the hotel to give two room cards. At that time, the counter had a very tough attitude, 1 room can only have 1 card. I replied that basically all hotels in the world can communicate or have more than one room card and more deposits, but the communication still failed. I replied that you have the toughest attitude in the world, and the counter staff immediately replied that yes, we are the toughest hotel in the world. Speechless, the next morning the hotel had a power outage. When I asked, they said it was under repair and would be fixed soon. At noon, they were still under repair and would be fixed soon. As a result, it was already dark in the afternoon. After asking again, they said that we tried our best to repair it, but the circuit parts might be damaged, so the power and network could not be restored. After a day of communication, they only let the tourists wait and did not help the tourists check out and find new accommodation. This is for reference for those who are going to stay.
