介紹裏明明説是每天打掃 結果第二天沒打掃 玩兒了一天累哼哼地回到酒店 滿屋狼藉 對不起那個價格的房費！雖然打電話後做了處理道了歉 卻是並不覺得自己有什麼大問題的口吻 衞生間小到驚人 沒有洗漱台 洗漱包特別不好放 沙發床很軟 睡着不舒服 有個小陽台還算不錯 周圍有超市

定了兩個房間，所以兩個訂單重複評價，也正是因為兩個房間才發現一個房間有沐浴露一個房間沒有，笑死。
還有就沒拖鞋，沒水，大家要做好心裏預期，酒店非常棒。放心沖。

可能是我住過最貴的鉑爾曼，建議攜程直接下架。。。缺東西的缺東西，東西差的東西差。
我們一項項來。。。
1，衞生，被子如下圖，杯子壓根沒洗，我把這個臟的拿出來放桌上，然後第二天拿個紙墊了一下給我放回去了。。。
2,環境，咋説呢。。。房間不算大。。。周邊也還行，衹能説一般。。。沒啥特別的。
3,服務衹能説。。。很有限。。。態度不太好。。。check in之後，我到房間發現電話機壞了，去了前台問小姐姐要我需要的東西。小姐姐分別記錄了我要的東西。牙刷，牙膏，拖鞋，兩個威士忌杯，一桶冰，以及維修電話。過了一會兒修電話的來了，一進來就試我電話態度不是特別好的那種，跟我説，這不是好的嘛。。。一陣操作，發現電話上五個鍵就一個是好的。然後果斷換了個電話。然後客房來送東西。冰來了，杯子沒來，跟我説你房間有，對，是有，有倆臟的。拖鞋來了，牙膏牙刷需要去前台購買。我能理解購買。。。但是我記得攜程好像寫了提供。然後我問他為啥我有膠囊咖啡機，但是我沒膠囊，他告訴我因為他們用完了，新買的還沒送到。太炸裂了。。。雖然我不打算用這個咖啡機，但是這回答我也是。。。還有就是這酒店可能啥都不提供，餐巾紙都不提供。。。不確定是不是也用完了新買的沒來。浴袍沒有我也不説了，毛巾很舊也沒幾條（不是説我要用，衹是我覺得不太正常。。。一切的一切都説是為了環保）。其實服務應該0.5分的，這一分是給酒店酒吧的。據説是獨立運營的。我兩天用的杯子都是在我去酒吧拿的。酒吧小哥人很好。
4，設施，這個2025裝修吧。。。可能衹稍微搞了下。。。插座（我以為2025裝修的好歹能有個插usb的，其實壓根沒更新），淋浴幾乎都沒更新，傢俱也挺舊。。。取電卡還是希爾頓的。
總結，希望攜程下架這個酒店，入住體驗極度不愉快！

酒店設施簡易，毛巾很舊。頭一次遇到這種不預約就不收拾房間也不換毛巾的情況。問了就是需要前一天晚上預約上了才能給打掃房間，第二天晚上預約了，第三天來打掃被子就對摺一下就完事了。餐廳早餐穀物台上居然有很多的螞蟻，小朋友拿糖果發現盤子裏都有螞蟻，還有就是兩個服務人員擅自用鑰匙打開我的房間，兩次都是我在房間裏，第一個人直接進來説要修空調幾分鐘，後面的女服務員一臉懵進來看到我説抱歉又走了，我忘記一個轉化插頭在門口角落，因為很難買轉換插頭晚上要充電用，特意當天回去取了一趟，前台問都沒問就説沒有的。我説插頭很小在角落，我記得非常清楚麻煩幫我拿一下，她還是説沒有。問都沒有去問一下，如果不能幫我看一下，為什麼可以有兩個人擅自打開我的房門兩次？鉑爾曼的酒店難怪那麼多的差評

Cleaning need more to take care of and have quality control. The cleaners not doing their job properly.
Parking 🅿️ clean and large fit the big cars. Which is amazing.

The room cleaning was always seriously poor. The same dust was never cleaned during the entire stay. The towels were also provided in different types and quantities every day. The reason we stay at branded hotels is because we want to use the same room every day. The capsule coffee that was free was sometimes 3, sometimes 2, and sometimes 0. The ashtray on the veranda was never emptied.
