酒店坐落JR德島站對面，位置絕佳，樓下有便利店，前往阿波舞會館或城眉山吊車直，亦只需大約10分鐘路程。

立地は徳島駅の目の前、電車の出発時間ギリギリまで休めます、飲食店街まで15分ほど歩きますが徳島の街の作りが駅と繁華街が離れているのでこれは仕方のないところ。
お部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルですが建物が比較的新しいので問題なし、お風呂は本当に温泉です、朝食メニューも問題なしで若干ですが徳島名物が揃えられています。
周辺ホテルには大浴場を備えたホテルは無いので、お風呂重視ならサンルートさん一択です。

部屋のクーラーがつかないと最悪の自体、部屋では調整できずセントラル管理。暑いとフロントに伝えても
なかなか伝わらない。皆さん昼寝してるのか反応がない。
古いホテルなので部屋を出るたびに空調がとまり、猛暑なのに暑い
タオルなどアメニティがイマイチ
エレベーターは死ぬほど遅い
駅前でロケーションが良い以外のメリットはない。

房間如介紹一樣。位置好，從機場坐巴士直達嗰條馬路2分鐘內必到。本身酒店下便有間便利店，剛好裝修。不過附近都有7–11便利店，仲有幾間有大有細，酒店給到我一個安心感，配套設施幾好，頂樓會有浸溫泉嘅地方內有桑拿同埋健身室，基本上好多嘢你都可以唔使攞過去，大堂嗰層會有好多日常必需品可以拎，細心悼念浴鹽同埋面膜都會有，另外仲會有漱口水包裝，基本洗面爽膚護膚嘅產品。房間仲會有靚風筒用，傳統嘅電腦線同埋充電線。浸完桑拿想買杯嘢飲每一層都會有汽水機隔離仲會有個冰機。性價比高嘅茶店可以一試。
