Even if I stayed for several nights and they offered more convenience, I asked to change rooms because the room was next to the elevator, and they said on the app that the remaining rooms were sold out and they couldn't change them.
On top of that, I had room service and ate in the lounge the next day, but

The room was really noisy and the food wasn't tasty,
I just enjoyed the friendly service.
There's even a Grab price to Penang,
so I don't feel like it's necessary to come all the way here and stay.
