Nice room for a family of 3. Comes with a king bed and a single bed with ample walking space. Bathroom was clean. Hotel comes with complimentary drinking water and also drinks from mini bar was free. 2 packet drinks and 2 canned drinks everyday. Hotel was beside a night street food place but noise was effectively blocked out.

A four-star hotel should not provide towels with torn edges or bedsheets stained with blood and other unknown marks. Equally disappointing was the breakfast, which offered limited choices and lacked flavor.

位置很好，門口就是夜市，夜市每週三休息。門口有很多老店和米其林，所以我們沒有定早飯，酒店對面的叻沙角力推。
酒店有點年份，所以健身房器材有點老，但是房間大小，乾淨程度都可以的，孩子們在三樓的游泳池玩的也很開心，打的到壁畫街，僑生博物館也都很便宜。

Great Location. Convenient to go to many Places by just walking. Many eateries nearby including New Lane food stalls.
Staff were friendly but Cleanliness was only average as housekeeping was not very detailed. The rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, with a night market downstairs, and food stalls and durian shops not far away. On the day of check-in, the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese at all, and I didn't hear clearly the additional taxes, and the woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me, which was not pleasant. The room itself was OK
