Caruso is not just a place to stay. It is a place that stays with you. Perched high above Ravello with views that almost defy belief, it combines historic charm with calm, understated luxury and offered a sense of peace that is hard to describe. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. Every team member we encountered was thoughtful, kind and attentive without being overbearing. Their instinct for service is exceptional and quietly confident. Lunch at Belvedere was a highlight. The ingredients spoke for themselves and the setting was elegant without trying too hard. The service was faultless, and the pizza from the famous original oven will live long in my memory. There is something very special about this place. The beauty is obvious, but it is the atmosphere, the people and the care that make Caruso unforgettable. Credit to Dan Ruff and Iolanda Mansi ❤️

Tornata da luogo che considero il mio rifugio dell’anima, un luogo dove la bellezza ti toglie il respiro. Ovunque si volga lo sguardo il Caruso ti regala emozioni a piene mani. E tutto lo staff e’ lì pronto ad esaudire ogni tuo desiderio, a sorprenderti continuamente e con calore. Nulla è artificioso, tutto è fatto con il cuore. Non credo che in Italia esista un luogo così pieno di amore, oltre che di altissima professionalità. Ringrazio tutti ma proprio tutti, vi abbraccio con infinito amore perché avete reso questo luogo meraviglioso la mia casa dove tornare, dove mi sento felice. Review for the Spa! After a long rainy day exploring and walking all over, I walked in utterly drenched to the front desk, and asked for the spa. The concierge was so kind and escorted me down. The therapist working was so sweet to me. She took my sopping wet poncho to hang over a towel, gave me a warm blanket and hot tea while I waited for my services. The facilities are beautiful, fully stocked and staffed with the most patient and delightful ladies. I cannot praise them enough to how well they took care of me. They took me from a wet exhausted mess to a relaxed human again. Thank you thank you!!

Siamo tornati in questo hotel per la seconda volta e possiamo dire con certezza che è ormai diventato il nostro preferito in assoluto! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa sin dalla prima volta. La professionalità e la gentilezza dello staff sono davvero impeccabili, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni dettaglio. La struttura è spettacolare, curata in ogni angolo e fornita di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante e senza pensieri. Anche questa volta abbiamo apprezzato l’atmosfera accogliente e la qualità dei servizi offerti. Un plus importantissimo per noi: è perfetta anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Gli spazi sono sicuri, ben organizzati e pensati anche per le esigenze dei più piccoli. Non potremmo chiedere di meglio. Torneremo sicuramente, con la sensazione di tornare “a casa”.

I have been wanting to check this hotel out and it did not disappoint. If literally can not say one they could have done better. The views, the service, the amentities offered, the products in the bathrooms, the snacks that you come back to the room to, the location were all absolutely wonderful. Yes, this is an expensive hotel but worth every penny. My teenager said that it was so peaceful. The breakfasts were very delicious with rotating baked goods every morning. The staff at the pool were attentive. When we arrived, they immediately whisked off the previous guests' towels and quickly laid new towels with out us asking. There were also buttons on each umbrella that you can press to have a staff member come to you. We will definitely return and stay longer next time!
