Encontrar este magnífico hotel ha sido un oasis de paz y tranquilidad.Con un servicio inmejorable de 5 estrellas, todo el equipo recepción, restaurante, mozos, seguridad han superado cualquier experiencia previa en todo mi vida y soy una persona exigente.Las habitaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento pero todo lo demás supera con creces. Una puesta de sol de privilegio en la hamaca o mesa privada, una piscina de piedra, menú degustación cada noche. Me he sentido en el Paraiso.Muchas gracias

The Castello Beach Hotel on Praslin Island is a little pearl right out of the indian ocean. This hotel feels like coming to family and all of the staff is working for the well being of the guests. Even if you not a guest of the hotel, you should try the exquisit Restaurant with its very delicious seafood (especially the lobsters) and curry dishes! Beyond that there ist a very good team at the nice and cozy bar to get you cocktails like you want them (highly recommend the frozen daiquiri from Ranjendra!). There has been no wish they didnt do for us. If you like to do some trips or any kind of adventures around the islands, you can trustfully go to the professional reception personnel. The location is perfect to get in little time to Anse Georgette or to Valle de Mai via bus. There are plenty of bus stations and grocery stores around the hotel. By any chance, you should also try the Samosas from one of the grocery stores led by indian/pacistani/nepales folks. After all, enjoy it

Wir waren mit dem Service im Hotel rundherum zu frieden. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Essen und das Zimmer sowie die SPA-Anwendungen hat uns begeistert. Prima war auch die Trekkingtour durch den Dschungel.

Un véritable coin de paradis en bord de mer ! L’hôtel Castello est un bijou niché face à l’océan : un cadre exceptionnel, à la fois paisible et enchanteur. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et professionnalisme. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, avec un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Notre chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, parfaitement propre et décorée avec goût. Côté restauration, la carte est raffinée et les plats sont tout simplement délicieux – un vrai plaisir pour les papilles ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour parfait. Mention spéciale à Harish, dont la gentillesse, la bienveillance et le sourire ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. We booked a team building day for fun and lunch As we arrived we got a great welcome from the security and led us to the pool, The hotel had a great view of the ocean, The pool was great and the gazebo are well positioned from the beach side,all the staff are amazing and welcoming.food was excellent, menu has everything you need The manager did some quality checks and made you more valued Really cozy please and you get value for money

Unser Aufenthalt in Castello Beach Hotel war paradiesisch. Das Personl war durchgängig sehr freundlich. Das Team im Restaurant und der Bar war sehr, sehr toll. Auch Harish an der Rezeption war stets sehr freundlich und kümmerte sich um jedes Anliegen sehr zuverlässig. Unsere Familiensuite (wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade, Yeah!) war sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Roomservice arbeitete zuverlässig und sauber. Das Essen war durchgängig auf einen hohen Niveau. Abends gab es in der Regel 5-Gänge. Bei Ebbe kann man gut am Strand schwimmen und auch etwas im weißen, sehr feinen Sand liegen. Bei Flut liegt man dann oberhalb auf Hotelebene und genießt die herrliche Aussicht auf Cousin-Island (definitiv einen Ausflug wert!).

This place is an absolute disaster! From the moment I walked in, I was met with utter incompetence and rudeness. The staff seemed to be competing in a game of 'who can ignore the customer the longest.' When I tried to order, a waitress barked at me like I was an inconvenience, telling me to find a seat and wait. I sat down, and for 30 minutes, I was completely ignored - no one took my order, no one offered me water, no one even acknowledged my presence. The bartenders are clueless, unable to craft even a simple Negroni. The hotel's stunning location is the only redeeming quality, but it's clear that the staff are more interested in collecting a paycheck than providing decent service. Unprofessionalism oozes from every pore of this establishment. Avoid this dump at all costs. One star is even too generous.

I will rate the service of castello beach hotel Seychelles a five star service the staff very friendly specially Harish on reception and Angeline in restaurant very nice lady. Keep the good work. I will recommend the hotel to my family and friends.the quality of food very nice and tasty.
