這算是赫爾格達比較不錯的全包酒店了，飯菜味道其實還不錯，就是選擇沒有很多。吃的比較單一，不過從早到晚免費暢飲莫吉託讓我很開心。各種酒水都是免費的服務真的很好。説實話，我和朋友們並沒有深度的遊玩紅海和這個酒店，聽人家説可以坐潛水艇可以浮潛，可以看海底的魚。但是我們一點都沒有享受，我們簡直太懶了，一直在酒店睡覺，並且一天吃三頓餐廳。度假很舒服。下次還來。

The view was absolutely stunning, I stayed building No.5 for 3nights. The snorkeling spot was near my room. However the hotel was working on the maintenance to renew few rooms in building No. 5 5124 so it was extremely loud. So I had to called the reception to switch room and we moved to further down room 5135. To be honest, I prefer to stay in a room with updated facilities like those Europeans, but it seems the hotel really wants to put all Chinese together in No.5 I don't know why. In the end of day, we paid same amount of money to stay with this hotel, I hope next time the hotel can arrange me in a building with updated facilities instead of a loud and far room. Apart from that, most things are pleasant.

친구의 졸업 여행을 목적으로 이집트에 여행을 왔습니다.
이 호텔은 이름 그대로 인종차별 '요새'입니다.
마주한 대부분의 직원들이 인종차별적 발언을 하며 우리의 반응을 기다렸습니다.
프런트 매니저의 말로는 그것이 '환영'의 의미라는데, 저희가 느끼기엔 전혀 아니었고, 오히려 조롱을 하는 모양새였습니다.
그것이 '환영'의 의미라면, 왜 수영을 할 때 라이프 가드가 우리에게만 'China!'라고 소리를 쳤을까요? 다른 고객들에겐 호루라기만 불었습니다.
리조트 내부를 걸어다니며 인종차별적 발언을 듣고 시선을 느끼지 않은 적이 없습니다. 우리에겐 이곳이 지옥이었어요.
식당 직원들은 왜 우리가 먹고 있는 중임에도 불구하고 접시를 치우려고 계속해서 다가왔을까요? 심지어 한 직원은 우리가 먹고 있던 그릇을 손으로 잡으며 가져가려고 했습니다. 네 번이나요.
마지막으로, 7월 12일 저녁에 프런트에 근무한 여자직원은 굉장히 무례했으며 오히려 본인의 행동을 자랑스럽게 여겼습니다.
제가 말을 시작하자마자 로비에 울릴 정도로 'What?????What????????'이라며 언성을 높이고 조롱했습니다.
제 말을 알아듣지 못하겠다며 번역기를 켜서 말해달라고 했는데, 옆에 있던 남자직원은 바로 알아들었으며 사무적이지만 제대로 안내를 해줬습니다.
전날 프런트 매니저가 직원들 교육을 다시 시키겠다고 했는데, 아무것도 하지 않은 것 같더군요. 식당은 물론 프런트는 오히려 더 심각하게 나빠졌습니다.
덕분에 2박 3일동안 끔찍한 경험을 하던 와중, 종지부를 찍었고 인생 최악의 여행이 되었습니다.
이 호텔에서의 경험으로 이렇게 배움이 부족한 나라에 다시는 여행 오지 말아야겠다고 다짐하게 됐습니다.
(호텔에서의 태도는 물론, 룸 컨디션 또한 5성급이라곤 믿을 수 없는 정도였습니다.)

到處乾飯，到處喝東西。當然不太符合中國胃。但也還行，至少是乾淨的飯菜。吃喝全包還是爽。喝的不要太期待。就是包裝的飲料。還有沖調的咖啡。早餐的鮮榨橙汁很好喝。無酒精莫吉託好喝，其實就是檸檬薄荷氣泡水。適合夏天。
服務態度一流。都很熱情。不會索要小費。
酒店珊瑚和魚就很漂亮，不需要出海。浪費時間精力啊。後悔。
