First time being at Cassia Bintan, what I can say that the staffs are very friendly and their hospitality is solid! Breakfast is above average with good variety. Room wise is clean, and has a mini kitchen to cook which is nice. Overall a comfortable stay.

We had such a wonderful family holiday at Cassia Bintan! The resort is right by the beach, and the kids were so excited to run on the soft sand and splash in the sea. Our apartment-style room was just right for our family — clean, modern, and comfortable, with a small kitchen and lots of space for the kids to play. The view from our balcony was amazing! The staff were so friendly and kind, especially with the children. They helped us with anything we needed and always had a smile on their faces. We left with so many great memories, highly recommend it for families!

Had a great weekend with friends. Very close to the ferry with shuttle bus option available. Food was good and the beach was beautiful. Gym was ok to get a quick workout done while you vacation.

Had a wonderful stay at Cassia. The room was really spacious (we booked the two bedroom garden view) as it came with a kitchen and living area. Came with two bathrooms so we did not have to fight for one. Staff were really friendly, shoutout to Benny who did the aquatic Zumba and the manager (I’m guessing) of the Lotus Cafe for being especially warm and welcoming. Overall, staff were friendly which made our trip enjoyable. The breakfast provided had a good mix of western and Indonesian cuisine. Water sports were slightly more on the expensive side which was expected considering resort pricing. Also shoutout to the friendly staff who assisted us in the water sports.

My husband and I had a great weekend getaway at Cassia Bintan. Our room was spacious and food was delectable esp the meatball soup at breakfast buffet ughhh the best
