Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross und eigentlich gut eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage wäre sicher angenehm gewesen. An Stelle der Minibar werden Getränke und Kaffee/The in einem Raum angeboten. Das System funktioniert und ist auch praktisch. Mit dem Personal haben wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Viele waren kompetent und freundlich. Bedauerlich war, dass es auch überfordertes Personal gab. Unsere Reservation für das Restaurant am Abend wurde falsch weitergegeben. Wäre nicht erwähnenswert, wenn da nicht der Versuch gewesen wäre, uns den Fehler zuzuschieben. In einem 5-Stern-Hotel ist das schon sehr speziell. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet von sehr guter Qualität. Schade dass der Raum hierfür einer Fabrikkantine ähnlich ist. Es hat Tische und Stühle mehr nicht; keine Pflanze oder Skulptur. Gesamthaft gesehen haben wir mehr erwartet. Preis/Leistung stimmt für uns nicht.

This is a wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff at all levels are fantastic, with every person going the extra mile for us. The room was large and very well appointed. Whilst in the centre of town it is quiet and has a very relaxed atmosphere. We will go again.

What a lovely discovery. A room with a breathtaking and magical view. Small room but just perfect, lovely materials. The bar upstairs is super practical and has lots of choices. We will be back! Villars, what a beautiful resort, lots of possibilities, especially for non-skiers.
