They are not flexible nor mind others such as they are only prepared to serve the Americans and Europeans…. They should be customer oriented not race oriented…. The reception was rude and was not accommodative, the hotel was empty but he did not allow us early check in.
The massage center was nice and very down to earth staff.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I love the hotel's swimming pool. There is a restaurant next to the pool, which is convenient for watching the kids swimming. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport, which runs four or five times a day and can be booked at the front desk.
