Great choice for a stay in nature. Curated property in a great setting. The property is isolated, but a short drive to nearby towns, restaurants, etc..

這次意大利行程最滿意的的一家酒店
位置在一個小山山頂上，門口就是一個山谷，有很大免費停車場，適合自駕，日出日落都超級美，酒店是修道院+農莊改的，套房有兩層房間很大，還帶廚房，設施很全也出乎意料的乾淨。自駕兩個方向都是大約10min可以到當地小鎮有大型超市，買東西回來自己做很方便
酒店餐廳（不屬於酒店）衹在晚上開，但超級好吃且性價比非常高，兩個人急頭白臉吃一頓還開了酒，折後才130歐
酒店工作人員也超級友善，入住的時候就詳細介紹了酒店的設施和活動

Wir buchten 3 Nächte in einer Suite Superior und haben uns von dem Online Auftritt täuschen lassen. Was wir bekamen war ein Appartment im Erdgeschoss neben dem Serviceraum der Bediensteten die am Morgen Reinigung der Zimmer lautstark vorbereiteten. Die Zimmerausstattung war alt und wackelig. Man konnte direkt sehen, dass hier keinerlei Investitionen getätigt wurden. Nach der ersten Nacht entschlossen wir uns auszuchecken. Uns ist bewusst dass wir das Risiko eine Totalverlustes von 1100 Euro tragen müssen. Trotzdem hätten wir erwartet wenigstens einen Teil unsere Ausgaben erstattet zu bekommen. Auf Nachfrage der Rezeption bei der Direktion wurde uns mitgeteilt dass man versuche das Zimmer weiter zu vermieten und nur dann eine Rückerstattung möglich sei. Dabei wurde sofort klar dass wir den Gesamtbetrag abschreiben müssen. Leider können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und sind sehr enttäuscht über die mangelnde Kulanz der Betreiber.
