The hotel staff is very friendly and polite! There is a small path leading to Oia from the hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk.
The only drawback is that if you have just got off the plane with a lot of luggage and choose to take the local public bus to the hotel, it will be inconvenient because you have to walk a long slope or stairs beside the road after getting off the bus.
