Great location, very convenient. Nice and warmth hospitality by the friendly staffs. Love the complimentary gelato, taste soooooo yumms!

It's very central, rooms are nice... Just lacks a bit of soul

Our stay was excellent overall. The location was great, the amenities were good, and the service was very satisfying. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking space, which was a bit limited. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This is our second stay at Mecure Hotel, and would definitely staying here again. We tried their breakfast during the stay, it was okay and affordable (RM45 before tax) but I think they can try to improve more. The room has always been cozy and clean, bed is very comfortable. TV channels are limited and some (channels) of it doesn’t have sound. Staff are friendly and approachable. They gave Ice Cream Gelato as complimentary, and thanks to that waiting for our car was bearable because the air conditioning at the lobby area is under maintenance. Overall it was a great stay!

Conveniently located in the heart of Miri, the hotel offers easy access to shopping, eateries, yet still manages to feel peaceful and relaxing inside. The check-in process was fast and professional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with any questions. I felt right at home the moment I walked through the doors. My room was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. I especially loved the modern design, cozy bed, and the panoramic view of the city and sea — stunning during sunset! The amenities were great, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee-making facilities. The hotel’s rooftop pool and bar are definite highlights — a perfect spot to unwind with a drink while enjoying the Miri skyline. The breakfast buffet was generous with a good variety of both local and Western options. Everything was fresh and tasty, with attentive service throughout. What really stood out to me was the staff’s dedication to hospitality. Every encounter — from housekeeping to reception to restaurant staff — was warm, polite, and efficient. It’s that level of service that sets Mercure Miri apart. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Miri. It’s a blend of comfort, style, and genuine Sarawakian hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
