Pullman Miri was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel felt luxurious yet family-friendly, and we never felt out of place traveling with children. We left feeling recharged and happy, and we’re already planning to come back again in the future—maybe with extended family next time!

Checked in at 4pm but the rooms was not ready, thus i got a free upgrade to the next category room. Ocean view room offers a majestic view. The room was clean and spotless and no noise can be heard from outside. Bath tub overlooking the ocean. The only downfall is there is no carpet thus the floor can be cold when u walk barefoot.

Went to Miri for business, stayed at the Pullman Executive Floor, and had breakfast and dinner on the 24th floor. The hotel is in a good location, the facilities are relatively complete, and the service is very enthusiastic, although the waiter is too keen on tips. The view outside the window is charming, looking at the South China Sea coast, it feels not far from home.
