فندق كيمبتون بالاديان

We chose this place for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. They surprised us for our anniversary. Comfortable bed and very clean room.

Very clean boutique hotel near to Pike Place and Amazon Sphere, staff were amazing.

非常好 地點不錯

They really had everything! I typically stay at a bonvoy hotel, but I really enjoyed the amenities here. The weekend I stayed was full, but it didn’t feel like it was crowded or anything. Also, because it was full, I couldn’t get an upgrade, but I still really enjoyed everything! * I forgot certain things, and they had them all for me at no extra charge. I really appreciated it! They had a cute and thoughtful welcome bag! Shaker + spear was also incredibly delicious! Love. Would stay again. :) thank you!

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. Hotel in center of Belltown, walking distance from everything you would want to do and see

The location is great, mat Pike Place Market but a little removed from the crowds and business of that area. The hotel was clean with very friendly and helpful staff members. The room we were in was a good size and it facing away from the street so we found it to be very quiet. I agree with other reviews that the rooms could have more storage space and hanging hooks in the bathroom. This is probably the third time we have stayed at the Kimpton Palladian. We think it is a good deal for the area. We plan to return again soon.

Great location! Great decor! Really accommodating & friendly staff. Our Room was spacious & clean. Only thing that caught me off guard was hearing our upstairs neighbor walking around at times. Otherwise, we were walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Pike Market (Waterfront) was a couple blocks away. Karoo Lounge was a good stop for an Expresso Martini. Lola restaurant was a great breakfast experience (no waiting in line to get in!) Assaggio was a really good authentic Italian spot for dinner! Would definitely stay here again!

The check in was not great. Arrived at noon, asked for early check in, rooms were not ready. Provides my cell phone and was told to come back later. I let them know I had an event that I needed to prepare for. I came back at 2:30, room still not ready but I went to the open area outside the front desk, after some time I could hear other people checking in ( still no text or call) I asked again at the front desk and magically my room is ready! I didn’t get any communication or consideration. The room does not have a coffee machine or hot water, the drain stopper in the sink was broken and the noise outside was loud! I typically love Kimpton hotels but I will not stay again.

No way this is a 5-star hotel. Booked under Chase The Edit (and IHG Platinum) and this was treated like any other booking. I stared enviously at the other front desk clerk who was heartily welcoming guests, explaining the hotel and its features and giving a fact sheet--we got none of that from the male clerk, not one iota of information, no welcome, nothing. Our room on the second floor had a broken sink stopper, looked out onto a street and the mattress was too small for the bed frame. It was loud and seemed really dated. I went back downstairs and described how disappointing the room was and the male clerk "WHATS WRONG WITH IT?" I just smiled and gave up. The restaurant "Shaker and Spear" had great food and great staff but expect a wait at breakfast. (also delicious) The social hour was nice with two wine selections and a very friendly employee serving up generous glasses with a smile. The morning tea/coffee station with apples is a nice touch. The location is convenient and some of the staff were very friendly but this is more a 3 star hotel at best.
