Holiday Inn Express & Suites SEQUIM by IHG

The breakfast was tasty and everything was clean. There was a nice rooftop garden which was nice for a peaceful visit. It was more pricey than other options in the area, but nicer. Would recommend.

Loud buzzing sound kept us up all night. Once finally discovered it was coming from a disability assistance device plugged into wall which was malfunctioning or broken we then unplugged it so we could get a few hours of sleep that caused a major delay to our schedule. Air conditioning was moldy and left us all with stuffy nose and headaches. Hair dryer didnt work which left us all with wet frizzy hair so we looked terrible for our vacation pictures later that day. When we reported these issues the hotel did nothing and offered no compensation. Honestly with those level of significant issues we should’ve gotten a full refund.

excellent stay!

Generally very good! We arrived a little earlier, we called the hotel to ask whether we can check in earlier, they allowed us to do so as they have available cleaned room. There’s a nice restaurant beside the hotel, the receptionist is professional and gentle, also there’re some cookies and drinks at the check in lobby. The room is great, clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, the bathroom with all Dove toiletries which I really like. The swimming pool is also nice as the water is clean, kids have a lot of fun there. Great experience!
