非常好，每次來韓城都住文淵閣。安靜，周圍吃得多。帶了兩個孩子，前台小姐姐主動送小玩具，孩子很開心

酒店佈局大氣，大堂高挑寬敞，自帶園林水池，有江南風味，整體感覺佈置很有文化氣息。前台幾位小姐姐，特別是小賀和小段，熱情周到服務，詳細介紹了酒店的各種設施，還主動幫我們把行李送到客房。出酒店即是韓城古城，有地下停車庫，自駕遊非常方便。早餐豐富，還有恆温游泳池。期待下次來韓城，再次入住！

父母到韓城玩，看這家酒店不錯就定了。酒店設施算不上很新，但勝在環境好，距離古城很近，步行就到了。酒店前台小賀姑娘服務態度非常好，熱情友善，見父母年紀大還主動幫忙送行李到房間，給她點贊！餐廳服務就有點跟不上了，態度不如前台，建議加強餐廳員工的服務培訓與服務理念提升，以匹配酒店環境、前台和客房的服務。
