幫朋友預訂，酒店設施很新，就在南京路附近，距離步行街幾百米就到，吃飯購物都很方便，酒店服務人員響應速度很快，服務很貼心，在中途還從大床房更換了標間，前台服務人員非常耐心打電話告知還幫忙拎行李

The room was relatively clean, but the air conditioner outlet was a bit moldy.
The room had almost no smell, which was good, and the window could be opened for ventilation.
There was one problem, the aromatherapy machine in the stairwell was too fragrant and a bit overwhelming.
The service staff at the door was very nice.
