衞生非常乾淨，房間設備也非常齊全，私湯很乾凈，下次來忻州還會來這家酒店，真的非常不錯，酒店的服務人員真的熱情周到，而且忻州古城的小吃街離這個酒店很近，步行幾分鐘就能到，真的非常方便。

特別好的住宿體驗，前台小姐姐很熱情很温柔很有禮貌，房間很乾凈衞生，泡池子的水確實是温泉水，而且酒店位置在忻州古城中心區域，去哪裡都很方便，總之是一次非常好的住宿體驗，還會再來。

第一次住民宿，體驗感真的巨好！工作人員超絕的細心照顧和周到的服務，心裏超暖🫶🏻房間裏的設施比三亞的柏悦和文華都好🫶🏻住宿結束後還給了我們一個超好看的手鍊🫶🏻這麼熱的天送我們出門的小哥兒，還能耐心的等我兒子撒完潑，非常感謝你。哈哈哈哈，超級無敵開心，總之下次還來🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

總體還是可以的，服務也很到位，唯一的不足就是有的房間沒有窗户，再加上晚上温泉以後，房間裏特別的返潮不舒服，要是帶小朋友的話還是選擇有窗户的比較好，房間的排風不是很好用。
