We stayed at the Hotel Palazzo Gatto and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect for exploring Trapani on foot, with everything nearby.
The room was very comfortable, quiet, with modern and tasteful decor, and a spacious and functional bathroom—ideal for relaxing after sightseeing.
The service was another highlight: Cristina, the Front Office Manager, welcomed us warmly and attentively showed us all the hotel facilities, including the spa, which made a difference in our stay.
We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Trapani in comfort, style, and impeccable service.

From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The entire staff was dedicated to providing excellent service. Loved this hotel. Beautiful interior with amazing artwork. The front desk staff were so helpful and in one case we were steered away from a restaurant and sent to StraVento which was outstanding. The hotel is modern and I especially loved my Grohe shower! The breakfast was incredible with homemade pastries and again a wonderful staff. The only downside is that we were only there for two nights!

A little gem in Trapani, A wonderful hotel the rooms are beautifully designed.Front of staff couldn’t do enough for us especially Cristina. Plenty of options for breakfast the location was perfect.Had the most amazing time in Sicily can’t wait to revisit.

Hotel nuovo , moderno , pulito in pieno centro di Trapani , ideale per vivere Trapani e non solo . Camera silenziosa , confortevole e arredata con gusto . Bagno funzionale con ottimi prodotti per l'igiene del corpo . Colazione con buoni prodotti . abbiamo usufruito anche della SPA con operatori discreti e professionali . Ultimo ma non ultimo , un plauso a tutto il Personale alla Rerception e in sala colazione per la professionalità e cortesia sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta . Unico neo che dipende però dalla posizione , la mancanza di un parcheggio interno ma si parcheggia nelle vicinanze senza problemi .
