This is a nice hotel, and the location is about a 20-minute walk to the old town. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The service and the staff were nice. Snacks and drinks are okay; however, if you’re someone who prefers high-quality drinks or coffee, this might not meet your expectations. But if you're fine with simple drinks and snacks, it's pretty good. The staff was friendly and they speak English, although not perfectly, they can still assist you with information as needed. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine. The buffet and food were good as well. If you’re looking for something reasonably priced and comfortable, this is a good choice. If you prefer something highly modern or luxurious and can afford it, you might want to consider other options.

Добрый день, Общие впечатления от отдыха, конечно же, никто не сможет испортить. Очень доброжелательный персонал, несмотря на натянутые и длительные разговоры при заезде по предоставлению номера - всё-таки проблему решили на следующий день - главное, что не отнимешь - это желание персонала помочь. Вкусные каши готовить, конечно же, не умеют, но зато это компенсировалось обалденно вкусным рисовым пудингом. Звездой был повар, который готовил баранину и нарезал рулеты - очень вкусно приготовленное мясо. Довелось ехать с ним в лифте, весьма позитивный человек. В столовой, улыбчивый внимательный персонал, милые люди: всегда подскажут, помогут, своевременно убирают посуду, стараются, чтобы было чисто и опрятно. Очень вкусные десерты, с огромным удовольствием поглощали эти вкусняшки. Чай со свежей мятой - шикарный, я его очень люблю - наслаждался... Внимательные и приятные бармены, что рядом с ресепшин, так и внизу, рядом со столовой, хорошая музыка. Приятные и улыбчивые уборщицы, которые наводят красоту и порядок. В целом, очень хороший коллектив. Главное, не стеснятся и спрашивать... На что хотелось бы обратить внимание менеджмента отеля: 1. Необходимо навести порядок на пляже, поставить душ, на ежедневной основе поддерживать порядок. Печально, что культура некоторых отдыхающих (не всех), которые гадят везде - оставляет желать лучшего (едят, курят и т.д. и бросают всё под ноги). Конечно же, поведение отдыхающих никак не зависит от менеджмента. 2. Хотелось бы добавить в разнообразие мясных продуктов, кроме курицы и баранины: говядину и свинину, гарниры - картофельное пюре, каши. 3. Чтобы отдых был более запоминающим, чаще организовать какие-то конкурсы и развлечения для отдыхающих. Благодарим весь Дружный коллектив Отеля Akdora Elite Hotel & Spa Всем добра. Akdora is a 4-star hotel, but it would be a stretch to say they deserve this rating. When we arrived, we were actually quite optimistic. It seemed like an okay hotel, even though we had read some reviews beforehand. We were given a family room on the 3rd floor with no elevator – fair enough. We could manage that. The room was okay and spacious, but old and worn. There were things scattered everywhere, and power outlets were hanging out of the walls. That said, it was clean and tidy. After a couple of days, we were moved to a microscopic room because another family was supposed to have ours – which would have been acceptable if not for the fact that we had to move all our belongings ourselves, without any help. It also seems like this is standard practice at the hotel. Guests are moved around constantly because the world’s grumpiest hotel manager is messing everything up. We had decent air conditioning, but we heard from many others that theirs didn’t work, and the hotel refused to do anything about it until the travel agencies got involved. The food is very repetitive and mainly consists of stews for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s no real variety, except that they sometimes serve fries and grilled chicken. The selection for children is almost nonexistent. The staff are kind and friendly and do their best. It’s not easy to take a shower in the rooms, because it’s almost impossible to get water that’s not either burning your body or making you feel like you’re in the North Pole. There’s also barely any private beach – maybe ten meters wide at most. It’s a strange place. We didn’t absolutely hate staying here – though many others clearly did – but we definitely won’t be coming back.

24.06.2025 Side, Otel Akdoraya geldık ve ilk gırışte sorunla karşılaştık. Ne karşılayan var, ne ılgılenen var ayrıca otelde belboy hiç yokmuş, resepsıyonda da kımse yok 10dk bekeldık. bizim bekledıgımızı goren lobı bardakı barmen geldı pasaportları kopi yapmaya başladı sonra resepsıyonıst geldı. Denız manzaralı 2 oda ıçın odeme yapılmıştı ama bıze havuz manzaralı köşe odaya goturdu ''bu denız manzaralı degıl ki?'' soruma balkon kenarınan bakarsanız gozukur dıye ... çok moralımız bozuldu ve ozellıkle denız manzaralı olarak extra odeme yaptıgımızı belırttgımde once yok dedı, sonra bekleyın hazırlanıyor dedı. Neyse 2 saat bekledık sonunda hazır oldu ıstedıgımız gıbı denız manzaralı bunun ıçın Ahmet beye teşekkurler (resep.) Yemekler---guzel ama 1 hafa boyunca Et, balık, kebab hiç olmadı... sadece tavuk etınden çeşit yemekler vardı plaj--- küçük, yer kalmıyor geç gıdınce bar--- 1 lobi bar, 1 havuz bar içecek çeşitleri çok az (AI )bira hariç alkollu içecekler ucrtelidi

We arrived at 10,30 at night .on check in we were greeted by receptionist who never spoke a word during whole check in process thrust a piece if paper at us with meal times & hotel policies & put a band on our wrists & showed us to our room as we had missed evening meal we asked about food & were told soup at 11pm . Which we headed for but found it cold & with stale bread . Our room was OK & everything worked although shower attachment was broken . As we hadn't eaten we headed for breakfast next morning . I am not a fussy eater but after lifting lids on all trays couldn't find anything to eat in them all had very strange concoctions in them so i had a hard boiled egg with dry bread as no toaster or butter is supplied & there was only orange slices as fruit selection the continental breakfast selection of meats & cheeses were very limited . No pastries or croissants were ever served. As for lunch & dinners we probably only managed to eat a decent meal 3 or 4 times we ate out 4 times in the evening . The catering seems to cater for East European tastes as the hotel seemed to be predominant russian guests who swamped buffet at meal times on opening & took huge plates of food leaving none for others ..Hotel is a little run down but location is not too bad 5 min walk to beach which is very crowded all taken up with loungers from all hotels but promenade walk is nice to the harbour where the other side is another beach with no loungers about a 20 min walk from hotel . Bars in hotel were limited & we stuck to the beer & wine mostly . On occasions the lobby bar was left unattended as they sent barman downstairs to cover waiters at dinnertime as they were understaffed so we couldn't get a drink when we asked reception they just shrugged like it was normal...The pool area is small only about 20 loungers so can be a scrum to get one there is I kids pool near the pool bar but strictly kids only . Overall the hotel is decent location but a little run down the food very poor ,customer service with a smile non existant . Room was OK . The hotel private beach only 4 sunbeds wide & not worth the effort . Would we stay there again No

Мы с семьёй провели в этом отеле 10 дней,с 13 по 23 июня, и за это время нам настолько понравилось, что не хотелось уезжать. Когда мы только приехали, нам предоставили небольшой и неудобный номер. Но уже на следующий день его заменили на более просторный и комфортный. Шведский стол был очень разнообразным и вкусным, никто не оставался голодным. Ребятам большое спасибо за их старания. Особенно дяде Ахмеду , который сидит на ресепшене и помогает решать любые вопросы. Также в лобби находится бар , где работает Ибрагим и готовит вкусные коктейли. Море находится всего в трёх минутах ходьбы от отеля. Шикарный пляж и тёплое море. В целом, нам всё очень понравилось в этом отеле. Рекомендуем 5 из 5

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We arrived at this hotel and were shown to our room- it can only be described as a box style room with a double bed squeezed into the corner. There was no space to open your case (not that there was anywhere to hang your clothes anyway) and generally no space to move around. The room was filthy, and smelt strongly on body odour and stale cigarette smoke. There was no furniture on the balcony, - just an old door that we presume had been taken off another room and dumped there. We spoke with 2 other guests at the hotel who advised that they had been put in the room on their first night and when they complained they were charged to 'upgrade'. They were then watching this happen each day when other guests arrived. We spoke with hotel manager who was less than helpful. We didn't stay one night it was that bad, and at a cost to ourselves (which we are in the process of trying to claim back) we checked into a different hotel. Can't comment on any other aspect of the hotel- food, location, entertainment etc as we didn't hang around long enough.
