單人床很窄，睡着不舒服。第二天晚上我們回來後發現竟然沒有打掃房間，我還以為是把我們房間漏掉了，馬上叫當時的一個樓道做打掃房間的工人來給我們儘快安排打掃，可是她説我要先通知他們的主管，她才可以幹。於是我問了一下前台，竟然説如果需要打掃就要在每天早上九點前通知前台才能給安排，這個在我入住的時候也沒有告訴我呀！不知道這是一個什麼樣的四星酒店服務標準。我找他們理論，本來當時衹有四點多，但是告訴我説工人今天安排的工作都結束了，因為早上9點之前沒有給他們安排我房間的計劃，今天就不能加了，要轉天才能打掃。可是我們轉天早上就要離開了，當天垃圾桶都是滿的，也沒有乾淨毛巾，真不知道怎麼還有這樣的事情！最後經過反覆交涉，總算是給我們兩條新的毛巾，找了個人給我們倒了一下垃圾，就算結束了！房間的洗水盆兒，下水根本就不通，一盆水大概至少要半個小時才能夠漏掉。酒店位置還可以，離slough火車站大約衹有300米。酒店旁邊就是步行街。附近地區印巴，中東人，黑人，穆斯林還是比較多。

酒店裝修風格現代，設施較新，衞生良好離火車站近，車站邊有Tesco，去温莎和牛津很方便，房內無冰箱和免費水，早餐普通。

I stayed for one night .tge hotel took a deposit of £50 on my credit card and it’s been 4 weeks it has not refunded back . I went back to enquire on my next visit after 3 weeks and the manager said they will do a force refund from the accounts department but still my deposit is showing pending .
Can you please release the deposit as it’s been 4 weeks since my stay
