AVOID AT ALL COST Conservatory in the centre of the hotel which is the Nightclub ! So loud not a chance of sleeping and it's nearly midnight. Can't believe the locals aren't kicking off it's extremely loud. Come with family and little one. Went down to see reception (just) and there were 3 people in front of me kicking off. Reception not willing to do anything, just "yes sir yes sir sorry sir". Apart from that.. Hairs on the bed and in the bathroom (not ours). No breakfast/food/(drinks pre 9pm) Total joke

Stayed here for one night. Please read all reviews and Google this place before booking. Until recently it has been fully booked out with the Home Office to house male migrants. With the money made from this the you would think that the owners would spend the money on refurbishing this place, but it seems that isn’t happening. No bar area, no breakfast, no vending machine, very dated everywhere. It’s a shame because the location is great and right next to train station and only a 3 minute train ride into the centre.of Windsor. Overpaid for the room and was promised a call and a partial refund, but they clearly can’t be bothered.

This hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation. I stayed in a twin room which was very dated and tired. The general decoration was bad, but the bathroom was on another level of awfulness. There were other issues such as a broken shower and a complete lack of facilities. Parts of the communal areas looked ok, but on the whole it’s pretty bad. The only positive were the beds which comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame as the building itself is actually really lovely.

Locaton and hotel itself are OK. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, but bar and restaurant were closed (in revision). We stayed 4 nights (2 rooms), and during those days there has been NOBODY to clean up the room and the bathroom, change towels or shampoo, remove garbage, shape up the bedsheets etc. Besides that, one of the toilets got stuck during the last day. This is not acceptable if you pretend to be a decent hotel.

we went for two nights. after booking we got an email to say there was no bar / food as it was being refurbished. we ere told the rooms were all refurbished.. we had a petite double room. if it gad been refurbished it was to a low quality, not a lot of money spent on it. it is a 2 star at best so this should reflect in the prices. we paid 236pounds for two nights.. sorry twice the price it shoukd have been . the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. but sorry price is way to much.

I stayed at this hotel in August and would recommend to anyone, this is ideal if wanting to check Windsor castle out and other local attractions. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well ventilated. Only downside at the time we visited would be that the bar was closed. Otherwise would recommend. There is no lift for anyone enquiring

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night We were in the cottage next to the main hotel, the rooms were a reasonable size but both needed a major clean, the bedding was stained as were the curtains carpets and furniture, the tea tray was stuck on the shelf and sugar was damp, in 1 room there was no hot water and you had to prise the plug out of the sink. In the other the towel radiator was leaking on the toilet roll and as expected it was wet, the room wasn't prepared properly as there was a mouldy banana in the fridge, we were advised before we travelled there wasn't any food or drink available, but that's probably for the best. The pictures on the website do not represent the actual hotel. We won't be returning. Ever
