The room was not cleaned very well. The hair of the previous guest was on the bath towels. However, the front desk staff were well-trained and hospitable. There were fewer types of breakfast, but the quality was high. The hotel room was very new, designed in a Mediterranean and modern style The combination is very comfortable and quiet. The location is very close to the old town. Since the stay is off-season, the front desk specially upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The overall feeling of staying is good, it is worth recommending

First impressions of the hotel outside wasn't great, the back of the car park entrance with the view of the outside (the windows looked like they needed replacing). However when entering the hotel it seemed like it had recently been renovated in a very stylish fashion. We had a nice welcome bottle of red wine, water and sweet treats, this is due to being platinum member of the Accor group of hotels. The bedroom was nicely furnished and a very comfortable bed. We did not experience the breakfast here, only the coffee in the evening. We had a car parking space during our stay.

Magnifique hôtel en plein centre ville. L’équipe de la réception était vraiment gentille et aussi celle du restaurant chaque matin. Ils m’ont souhaité mon anniversaire au petit-déjeuner et cela m’a vraiment touché. Merci à eux. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment qualitatif et servit dans une salle élégante avec un petit buffet. Ils servent les meilleurs œufs Bénédicte. Bravo au chef de cuisine. Si vous avez l’occasion d’aller manger en face de l’hôtel dans le restaurant qui s’appelle Noir c’est vraiment bon aussi. Le Meilleur risotto et pâtes. Notre chambre était sympa avec une petite terrasse, agréable quand il fait beau pour prendre un verre en fin de journée. Je recommande ce petit palais rénové en hôtel lors de votre séjour à SPLIT!

I loved my stay here! I needed a place to stay in Split for a couple of nights before an Easter break in Brac. I revived an email soon after booking with useful information and was able to explain I’d arrive late. On arrival my room was upgraded to a lovely room in the 2nd floor overlooking the back of the hotel. I had booked two nights as I knew I would need to work remotely from my room. The WiFi was fast and everything was perfect. The hotel is well located just a few minutes walk away from everything Split has to offer. The staff were without exception wonderful, every single one of them. If your thinking of staying don’t hesitate.
