景色一流，儘管遇到颱風，景色依舊很美。但是酒店本身太老舊了，衞生條件也一般，需要升級一下硬件才好。就是食物不錯，尤其是晚餐，非常贊，管理也有秩序。

住宿乾淨，服務優良，食材新鮮好吃豐富。
1. 請提出自助餐客人行走取餐時戴上口罩，特別是有聽到咳嗽的客人服務人員應該遞上口罩，而不是在旁邊看。
2. 接駁車上有乘客大聲的播放電視劇，服務人員也不主動制止，還要其他乘客提醒
沒水準的客人真的很多，收費高應該更注重大多數客人權益

櫃臺人員走動式的服務，客人很迅速能得到想要去或問的訊息，電梯上下樓都有服務人員通知，幫忙按電梯！
