Garnicht gut: Zimmer bereits bei Buchung mit Kreditkarte vollständig vorab bezahlt. (Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht). Nach meiner Ablehnung eines zusätzlichen Garantiebetrags auf meine Kreditkarte wird von uns eine Kaution von etwa EUR 40 für die Poolhandtücher verlangt. Nicht 5* like. Hotelausstattung der Zimmer und Eingangsbereich ok, aber extrem laute Musik am Pool und im Innenhof, über Stunden, Essen in der Hotelbeachbar nicht der Hotelkategorie angemessen. Gesamteindruck eher 3-4*. Sind seit 3 Wochen im Land, hier weder die typische marokkanische Gastfreundschaft noch übliches Niveau der internationalen Hotelkette erkennbar. Update: Das Chaos mit Hilton geht am nächsten Tag weiter. Ich verlange eine Bestätigung für die Stornierung des Garantiebeitrags. Das Personal an der Rezeption versucht vergeblich, diese durchzuführen. Die handelnden Personen wirken völlig überfordert, Rebooten die zwei verfügbaren Lesegeräte, nehmen die Batterien raus und rein, drücken zu dritt hektisch auf den Geräten herum. Letztlich ohne Erfolg, sie sagen, dass es ein technischen Kommunikationsproblem geben würde. Ich breche nach etwa 15 Minuten ab und verlange meine Kreditkarte zurück.
