The internet service is bad with no service indoor, When asked reception for help, was directed to call a number to complaint. As visitor, we dont have local number to call. Using roaming would be too expensive. Customer service could be better to help resolve the issue

去温泉定的這個住宿，離陶波湖有點距離，但是泡温泉很近。
住在酒店泡温泉有優惠，可以泡私人池。
房間裏有空調冬天很暖和。

We were amazed by the level of customer service, amenities provided and the cleanliness. We were so happy there, didn’t need to think of anything - everything needed was provided. And thermal pools are just perfect located just couple of minutes away from the chalet we were staying at. Highly recommend!
