Ideal location in Tremezzo in the Golden Triangle, within walking distance of two of the most popular villas - Balbianella and Carlotta! Nearby is the C10 bus stop in Como and a grocery supermarket, and the distance from the ferry is about 1.5 km. The view of the lake is amazing, just a delight! Even despite the noisy road, at night with the windows closed it’s very ok) In front of the hotel there is a very nice garden and there is a working, clean swimming pool. The service and staff are very pleasant, sympathetic, friendly, they quickly resolve and answer all questions, and you can also leave your luggage until the evening. Cleanliness in the rooms, in the hotel itself and in the restaurant. The linen and towels are fresh, white, unwashed. The mattresses on the bed are just a little hard for my taste) The breakfast is varied, fresh and plentiful, constantly replenished until it's finished, even the coffee from the coffee machine is good. There are fruits, eggs, yoghurts, cold cuts, sweets and baked goods, as well as hot dishes. Food and drinks can be taken out to outdoor tables or taken into your room. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner, and the bar is open 24 hours a day - it’s very pleasant to order a glass of prosecco upon returning late in the evening from a walk) The rooms are small, but two people can easily move apart, but the bathroom is spacious with a good toiletry set. Definitely recommend - price/quality for a budget hotel 10/10!

The ANWB had booked half board for us. This hotel is absolutely not recommended. The food was bad. Downright disgusting! Dried out white fish with an indefinable, tasteless paste on top. Tough meat. Ready-made tasteless desserts and all served by an older waiter for whom the words friendly and hospitality are completely unknown.

The hotel is located on the main street, but it wasn't particularly noisy. (We were on the 4th floor) There was an elevator. It was clean. Hairdryer and heated towel rails were available. Bathtub/shower enclosure and bidet. The TV was very small, but only German channels were available. Breakfast: There was a lack of rolls, toast, etc. There were two different types of cheese, salami, and ham. The three-course dinner was simple, but not lavish. Drinks: beer from €6, water €0.7, and €3.
