The front desk guys and girls are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. The room is newly renovated and still has a little smell when you first enter it, but everything else is good.
The location of the hotel is quite good, and you can walk to the Duomo. Opposite the hotel is a popular restaurant, and there are many locals eating there, and the food is very good. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, it’s set in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice to be away from the busiest part of Florence but only 15 minute walk to where all the fuss is. They have a bar, cafe and restaurant which I’m yet to try but I’ve extended a night so I can enjoy some of the amenities.

Hello,
We stayed here for 3 nights, very clean, good location and very attentive staff!
The breakfast pretty good but could be better and they should give you to option to sit outside to eat that’s the only negative thing . Otherwise everything was good.
