A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the Swiss Alps Me and All Hotel Flims, by Hyatt, was a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful area and has a stylish, modern vibe. We especially loved the bar area with table tennis—a fun touch! Highly recommend for a relaxed yet high-quality stay in the Alps. We came by motorcycles, and the hotel was very accommodating for that as well.

Als Vielreisender bei Hyatt war mein Aufenthalt im me and all hotel flims eine große Enttäuschung. Der Umgang mit mir und meiner Familie – darunter eine Person mit Behinderung – war respektlos und unprofessionell. Weder wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen noch die Hyatt-Vorteile gewährt, die normalerweise selbstverständlich sind. Der Hoteldirektor zeigte keinerlei Gastfreundschaft – im Gegenteil: Wir wurden ohne Rücksprache einfach ausgebucht. Für Reisende mit besonderen Anforderungen ist dieses Hotel leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
