Estuve alojado el pasado fin de semana con mi pareja y la verdad que todo muy bien, experiencia de 10. Me gustaría destacar el Spa, ya que este es el atractivo del hotel que siempre nos hace volver, es súper relajante. El personal encantador, en general 10/10. Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Soy una clienta habitual de este SPA y de un tiempo a esta parte he de decir que la calidad ha bajado considereablemente y el precio sin embargo de los servicios ha subido notablemente. Ultimamente las saunas del SPA funcionan bastante regular, especialmente la de vapor pero la seca también hay muchas veces que se apaga sola y tienes que andar avisando a las chicas de que se ha apagado pero luego no coge temperatura suficiente para que puedas disfrutarla durante los 90 minutos de spa. Muchos de los chorros de la piscina central no funcionan y la sala de relax no tiene absolutamente nada.... hace unos años era una auténtica sala de relax ahora es una sala completamente inservible. Cabe destacar que las chicas son increiblemente majas y profesionales... pero un lugar que sube los precios y baja la calidad es un lugar al que te replanteas seguir yendo. Yo soy clienta habitual de este SPA y ultimamente estoy mirando otras cosas porque la verdad es que ya no es lo que era. Si suben los precios. Suban la calidad o al menos manténgala, pero no la bajen. Revisen su servicio de mantenimiento porque me parece que es una de las cosas que está fallando. También por otro lado el servicio del bar de la terraza deja mucho que desear... Un día me pasó que ni me limpiaron la mesa al servirme el café... me quitaron los vasos usados después de un rato super largo y me sirvieron el café con la mesa sucia de restos de liquido y cosas del anterior servicio... No pueden dar un servicio así con los precios que tienen... o mejoran o pierden una clienta...
