It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back

Lobby, Bar und Restaurant in coolem Design. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig. In der XL Cabin genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Kleine Details fehlen noch: Duschvorleger und Zahnglas. Ebenfalls ist der Rolladen nicht komplett dicht und somit ist es am morgen früh sehr hell im Zimmer. Bei einigen Zimmern wurde dies bereits mit Vorhängen nachgerüstet, wie wir gesehen haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wie beschrieben, simpel aber gut. Der Check-in und Check-out Prozess verlief digital und reibungslos.

Déçu
Nous avons logé alors que l’hôtel avait ouvert depuis seulement 5 jours. Le concept est intéressant. Mais le prix est beaucoup trop cher pour le service. La chambre est minimal, mais un verre avec une bouteille d’eau aurait été apprecié. Vous ne pouvez pas mettre des chambre à ce prix là, alors qu’il n’y a qu’un lit et 4 étagères, pas de petite table comme appoint ni chaise etc… avec une salle de bain ordinaire. Je me réjouissait de découvrir cet hôtel, mais j’ai été très déçue. Le personnel aurait pu renseigner mieux également pour le parking de Saas-Fee, en effet le ticket est à garder jusqu’à la fin du séjour et avec le même ticket vous sortez et entrer du parking, cela m’aurait évité de payer plus cher, alors que j’étais hôte à l’hôtel. Chose très positive, le restaurant de l’hôtel, délicieux et personnel très sympa!

Zimmer war super check in ist ein wenig mühsam ist noch Verbesserung potenzial vorhanden. gebuchtes Frühstück war sehr gut leider muss man Cappuccino extra zahlen 6.00 Café sollten im Preis inbegriffen sein. Gesamteindruck vom Hotel ist super.

Der bereits 10. Besuch in einem Revier und auch hier Saas-Fee haben wir uns zur vollen Zufriedenheit Willkommen gefühlt. Super Standort, feines Essen, tolle Mitarbeiter-Gang. Location sehr empfehlenswert und immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Was will man mehr!

Le+ proche centre, arrêt bus ,parking,grand local à ski,salle de bien très bien,litrerie top,rangement suffisant. Le- pas de reception assez impersonnel mais on trouve toujours quelqu'un pour répondre aux questions,moquette dans les chambres et couloirs,pas de rideaux dans la chambre les lampadaires dans la rue éclaire même au troisième étage

Das Zimmer beeindruckte mit einem schönen Holzdesign, das eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schuf. Die durchdachte, zweckmäßige Raumaufteilung maximierte den verfügbaren Platz und sorgte für viel Komfort. Alles war perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, was sowohl Ästhetik als auch Funktionalität vereinte. Unschlagbar wäre es, wenn Wasserkocher zur Nutzung auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung stünden (gerne auch als Leihgerät) und wenn Cappuccino zum Frühstück nicht extra kosten würde.

Die Zimmer sind als Schlafzimmer gedacht und bieten keine Sitzgelegenheit ausser die Betten. Sie sind geräumig und gut durchdacht. Die Treppe nach Oben(Family Cabin) ist steil. Das Hotel ist neu und es fehlen noch Utensilien. Z.B der Nachtvorhang im Zimmer. Strassdnseitig ziemlich hell so. Top Service und Hilfsbereitschaft beim Buchen und Einchecken. Moderner grosser Ski- und Veloraum. Das Essen (Frühstück) war ok so. (Normal) Das Abendessen mit guter Auswahl, schnellem Service und lecker zubereitet. Rundum zufriedener Aufenthalt. Danke.
