床很硬，枕頭很高，廁所（包括隔壁的廁所）噪音很大，睡得不是很好。
因為沒有禁煙房了，訂的吸煙房，味道很大，前台貼心地提供了一整瓶除味劑給我們全程使勁用。
離和歌山市站很近。
前台有免費的飲用水和冰咖啡，不錯，適合我這種有起床氣的。

房間洗手間設施殘舊不堪，毛巾之類破破舊舊。房間有一股味道，牆紙地上都……。離車站比較近，有送早餐，普通飯糰，但感覺環境周圍不太舒服。
