Looked a bit run down on arrival from the outside. But inside we were positively surprised. For 2 stars really fine actually. Nice bar downstairs. Rooms neat. Beds are narrow. Is a double. And 1 double duvet. But fine to stay for a night.

Booked as it was close to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium . 25. Min walk away. Bed was uncomfortable and fridge rattled on and off during the night. But the room was nice and clean and tidy.

Suprisingly quiet, comfortable and well equipped room, alongside the Fountain Pub. Broken glass in the front door was a little disconcerting but room was good.

The room itself was passable, but the shower had physical mould. The room smelled strongly of food for the majority of the evening and into the night.

Arrived and there was no water for 3 hours. Mould in the bathroom. Tried to contact property to get a partial refund through ******* and they’re not picking up the phone so refund attempt unsuccessful. They also randomly cancelled another booking I had with no reason beforehand. Do not use

Staff wasn’t too friendly, room had screws on the table looks like some repair work had been done. Floor was dirty but bathroom was clean.
