設施：遇到了瑞士少有的高温天酒店沒有空調提供了電風扇，這也算是難得有的經歷。
服務：服務沒得説，入住的時候贈送了酒店城市的交通票，退房時還送了水帶在路上喝。

旺季瑞士是旅遊旺季，房價高早有思想準備。但是這家酒店性價比實在有點低。接下來，有一説一：酒店環境確實不錯，酒店對面就是琉森湖落日吧，這塊我給5分（雖然我的房間幾乎看不到湖景）；衞生衹能説一般，可能是酒店有些年頭有關；服務較差，衹有前台的男服務生還不錯，還有就是迷你吧的水是免費的，早餐有煙燻三文魚不錯，除此之外，幾乎沒有服務可言，房間的歡迎卡上的名字是錯的，拿着歡迎卡去問前台，女服務生輕描淡寫一句，是因為換過房間，歡迎卡忘換了（因為我們正式入住較晚，我懷疑我們原先的相對景觀好的房間被調換了）；設施老舊，風格、設備屬於我們上世紀八九十年代的水平，三人間兩個卧室之間不知為何有幾公分的高差，一晚上害我拌了好幾次，設施的1分是給到床墊的，比較硬，還不錯。

酒店的位置很好，可以看到整個湖面和對面的山峰，但是停車場要收費，而且不便宜另外房間裡沒有空調如果天很熱的話是會很悶熱的

很安靜的酒店，陽台對着盧塞恩湖，風景很美，附近是居民區，有個很大的公園，還可以去游泳，非常休閑，下次還會入住。

設施：衞生間地面明顯不平，且空間設計不合理，明明很大的衞生間，淋浴區小的可憐。優點是陽台很舒適，且隔音效果較好。
