説是賓館，但是從工人療養院進去的，環境還挺好的，離靈峯景區的大巴車站大概就200米，很方便
環境也還可以，就是周圍吃的比較少，衹有農家樂，吃的價格還是蠻貴的
一天住了全季，一天住了靈湫酒店，環境差不多，全季的環境和設施相對方便一點

工人療休養賓館，房間不夠了住在一樓，價格貴，設施條件一般、潮濕，給賓館前台打電話服務態度很差，有問題自己處理。不如山下找個好點的，反正到景點都得打車。

房間蠻大的，設施也很新，應該是周邊最好的一家酒店了，是温州總工會的療養院，自駕去的，停車也很方便。
早餐品種不少，咖啡，麪包，中式麪點，炒菜…滿足了不同口味的需求

房間設施有點舊，酒店走廊無空調，炎炎夏日爬完山熱得不行，需要改進一下！ 不過房間空調冷氣足，緩解了走廊無空調的問題，服務態度非常好，熱情周到，尤其早餐有油條，葱油餅，各件湯粉麪條各式中西點心非常豐富好吃出乎我們意料之外啊！
