Sdh kunjungan ke 4 kali nya( 2 kali acara kantor dan 2 kali dgn keluarga), tp untuk saat ini pesan lwt aplikasi, sempat terjadi beberapa hal yg kurang menyenangkan, yg pertama tdk ada info pada aplikasi bahwa kolam renang ditutup dr jam 13.00 sd 06.00 pagi, meskipun sempat di berikan ijin untuk berenang di kolam renang anak namun tetap sj pasti akan tdk nyaman anak2 berenang ditengah orang2 yg sedang mendekor acara pesta, akhirnya kami memustuskan tdk berenang meskipun anak2 kecewa. Yg kedua kelengkapan kamar yg diinfo untuk 4 tamu namun hanya disediakan hanya untuk 2 tamu sj tp setelah kami sampaikan langsung di antarkan ke kamar untuk kekurangannya, yg ketiga untuk sarapan pada aplikasi disebutkan untuk 4 tamu, namun yg tersedia hanya untuk 2 tamu sj dan kembali lagi kami komplain dan segera dipenuhi, yg terakhir pada aplikasi ada keterangan view city namun kamar yg diberikan tdk sesuai, dan sempat ada kecoa yg mati dan beberapa seranga2 lain yg mati tp langsung segera dibersikan setelah kami komplain. Biasanya sy pesan 2 kamar dan connecting tp kmrin baru mau coba kamar yg beda tp agak kurang menyenangkan.
Tp secara fasilitas hotel ini Juara sih, keren, sarapan enak dan banyak pilihan, pemandangan dan spot2 foto nya KEREN, staf2 nya jg ramah2, dan sempat dibantu foto dgn spot yg bagus.
Terima kasih GH Universal, mungkin kedepannya yg sy sampaikan td bisa diperbaiki..
