Since it is a new hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. It is directly connected to the Pakuwon Shopping Mall next door, so you can go shopping without getting wet even if it rains. There are many restaurants, so I think it is the best location in Bekasi. Also, the Revo Shopping Mall next door, about 30 meters away, is a little old, but it is directly connected to the station and is more comfortable than a taxi if you are going to Jakarta.
There was construction work going on at the hotel next door late at night, so the noise woke me up several times, but I think that is just a problem for now. Also, there are no convenience stores nearby, so there is no place to shop late at night.

Great experience during 3 nights stay at Fairfield! Clean room, good service from all hotel employees (without exception) and great taste for a lot of menus there. For new hotel in Bekasi, I can say this hotel already the best in town!

Without a doubt, this is a brand-new hotel offering the best location in Bekasi. Its direct access to the mall makes it incredibly convenient—you won’t need to go anywhere else, as everything you could possibly need is right around you: restaurants, shops, entertainment, and daily essentials. The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and genuinely welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality truly stands out. Special thanks to Ferty, Dhira, Hari and Gilman. I’ve stayed in both Central and South Jakarta before, but this hotel is now at the top of my list. It offers a refreshing alternative with far less hassle and more comfort. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially when compared to hotels in central Jakarta. You get outstanding value for money—modern facilities, a prime location, and great service, all at a competitive rate. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays
