The hotel is very cultural and tasteful. We booked a deluxe suite, which was located in the corner of the first floor of the entire hotel. It was dark and we couldn't open the curtains. It was right outside next to the swimming pool with people walking around. Probably the worst luxury suite in the hotel, not worth the money.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Palais Faraj! From the moment we arrived, Madiha and Oumnia gave us the warmest welcome. Their kindness and professionalism stood out. they were always available, attentive, and very helpful with anything we needed, even until the day we checked out. Our room was absolutely beautiful . spacious, clean, and full of charm, with a stunning view over the Medina. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay extra comfortable. The restaurant was also a highlight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. We especially enjoyed the Moroccan dishes . full of flavor and prepared with care. Thank you again to the entire team, especially Madiha and Oumnia, for making our experience so special. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Palais Faraj to anyone visiting Fez

Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours souriant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes, et le lit tres confortables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et généreux, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. Mention spéciale à la terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la médina, un vrai bonheur à toute heure de la journée, que ce soit pour un café matinal ou un dîner au coucher du soleil. Et que dire du restaurant gastronomique? Une cuisine raffinée, des saveurs originales, et un service impeccable. Un sans-faute, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
